Carl Vance Loeber

Mr. Loeber is president of Tydewell Consulting Inc., of Vancouver. BC Canada and has over 25 years of international business experience. Over the past ten years his company has successfully handled a wide variety of business development projects for Canadian mining exploration companies. These activities have included assistance in raising millions of dollars from Canadian, US and European investors and investment houses. Mr. Loeber's has extensive experience in understanding the capital requirements of resource exploration companies and fully understands how to match these requirements with off-shore non-Canadian investors.

Angela Peng
Secretary-Treasurer and Director, China Finance Partners Inc.
Ms. Peng is a partner in SinoTop Investment Consulting Corp.(www.sinotop.ca) and CanaGreen Business Development Inc. (www.canagreen.com). Both companies with strong resources and expertise in China are mainly involved in helping Canadian companies do business with China. Her past experience include assisting foreign companies to set up their operation in China; helping public traded investment companies manage their projects and coordinate investor relations. Ms. Peng was nominated as the candidate of Entrepreneur of the year in British Columbia of Canada in 2005. Ms. Peng obtained her MBA degree with honor from Memorial University in St. John's Newfoundland. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. .

Joseph R. Martin

Mr. Martin is Chairman and CEO of Cambridge House International Inc. a world leading conference management company specializing in producing investment conferences for public companies in Canada's resource sector. Over the years the company has attracted thousands of retail and institutional investors to its conferences which feature prominent international newsletter editors, analysts and industry leaders as speakers. Conferences also feature exhibit halls where resource exploration companies exhibit as part of their investor relations and funding programs. A large majority of leading Canadian mining exploration companies that are active in projects throughout the world have participated at a Cambridge House conference.

Mr. Jiang is a partner in CanaGreen Business Development Inc.(www.canagreen.com) in Canada. He owns and operates several companies in China. China Finance Partners Inc., has formed an agreement with InfoChannel Inc., a Shanghai based company of which Mr. Jiang is chairman. This company has successfully operated over 300 seminars in several Chinese cities. These seminars have attracted thousands of individuals who have surplus foreign currency and who are looking for investment options. The seminars are sponsored by several organizations including some of the world's largest international banking institutions. Investment topics have focussed on currency management, commodity trading and wealth management. InfoChannel also operates several web sites in China that provide information on these topics. These sites are amongst the busiest web sites in the world. Mr. Jiang spends his time between Shanghai and Vancouver.
